Institute of Engineers In Papua New Guinea (IEPNG) organizes a competency-based assessment to evaluate the knowledge and skills of applicants as per the accepted standards and ethics. However, it is not an easy task to write a CBA report for engineering applicants as it takes lots of effort, knowledge, and understanding of the rules and regulations of IEPNG.
